Job Description

A Data Captain leads and manages a team that collects high-quality head-mounted video data using company-provided devices. This role focuses on team building, daily operations, data quality, and device management. High performers can earn incentives up to ₹1,00,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, refer, and onboard at least 10 data collectors; scale the team up to 20 as needed

  • Ensure daily and weekly data collection targets are consistently met

  • Monitor and maintain data quality by following recording guidelines

  • Hire, rehire, or replace data collectors to maintain productivity

Device & Logistics Management:

  • Collect recording devices from the office and distribute them to team members

  • Track device usage and allocation

  • Collect devices back from data collectors after completion

  • Ensure safe and timely return of devices to the office

Skills Required:

  • Strong team coordination and people management skills

  • Ability to handle basic operations and devices

  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, managing operations, and taking responsibility for results.
