Job Description
1) Certified Datacenter Professional (CDCP) will be preferred for this role
2) Ensure Datacenter Power Maintenance activities should be effectively planned, reviewed and executed
3) Identify risks, threats and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
4) Should be aware about ITSM / ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISAE3402, SOX 404 and Customer specific audit for overall physical infrastructure management process including monitoring, maintenance and management of entire Data Center.
5) Create, Publish & Review SOP’s w.r.t Data Centers
6) Strong in Vendor Management and Act as a Single Point of contact for DC facility domain to manage the operations at all DC across India.
7) Strong in Problem Management and RCA management for end to end closure of the issue.
8) Reporting of every incident and escalation of unresolved incidents as per defined escalation matrix till resolution.
9) Ensure all the critical parameters are monitored with appropriate thresholds for Datacenter Facility setup.
10) Good Understanding about UPS redundancy and distribution of power from source to destination.
11) Hands on for power connectors and cable used for the single phase/3 phase devices inside Datacenter.
12) Good knowledge and hands on experience in maintaining Main power supply, ACB, earth pit, Transformer, LT/HT panel, Electrical distribution panel, UPS,ATS and DG set.
13) Basic understanding of HVAC cooling system, PAHU,PAC, AHU and Chiller system.
14) Basic Knowledge about VESDA, CCTV, WLDS Fire Detection and Suppression systems.
15) Capacity Management for RACK PDU, PMM, UPS, Battery Bank , LT Panels, DG, IT Incomers, Transformer, PAC, PAHU, Chiller etc. facility infra
16) Prepare trend analysis for the Power usage of Rack, rack and Server hall temperature, UPS load, monthly power consumption of DC.
17) Proactive identify the risk in existing infra and highlight it to WIPRO SPOC with risk mitigation plan
18) Vendor Co-ordination for breakdown calls and Preventive Maintenance.
19) Prepare and Submit MIS reports like power, UPS utilization
20) Request/ Incident Call updation in tool
21) Good verbal and written communication skill.
22) Good knowledge in M.S Office.
