Job Description

Job Title: Data Collection Associate - AI Data (Walk In Interviews going on)

Company: Gunina Solutions

Location: Indore

Duration: 1 Month (Contractual Job)

Stipend Payout: Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 18,000 + Lunch
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Role Overview: Gunina Solutions is hiring AI Operations Interns for a short-term, high-impact project focused on AI-based skills assessment in manufacturing environments. The role involves working on the shop floor, collecting real-time data, and supporting AI-driven analysis using wearable headgear devices.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage AI-based headgear recording devices
Collect and record worker activity data on the production floor
Ensure safe handling of delicate devices
Monitor recording quality and resolve basic issues
Coordinate with workers and supervisors for smooth operations
Maintain daily reporting and data accuracy

Work Environment:

On-ground role in factories / manufacturing units
Requires continuous walking, standing, and movement
May involve climbing multiple floors in industrial setups.
Continuous use and management of wearable headgear devices

Eligibility Criteria:

12th Pass / ITI / Polytechnic / B.TechFreshers can apply
Basic interest in AI / Technology preferred

Required Skills:

Basic English reading and understanding
Good communication in Hindi (English is a plus)
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Calm and professional behavior
Responsible handling of equipment

Other Requirements:

Physically fit for field work
Comfortable working long hours on shop floor
Ability to interact politely with workers
