Data Engineer
Job Description
Big data engineer- Developing strategies for effective data analysis & reporting from
configuring & implementing analytics solutions. The solution you build will have a high
impact & would be rolled out to a large customer base.
- You will understand the business need, recommend and finally build and implement
the most optimal solution with big data technologies.
Skills Needed-
- At least 8-10 years of data engineering experience in handling large data
volumes.
- Solid experience in Hadoop,Apache Spark and SQL .
- Knowledge of Azure cloud, Airflow, and databricks is preferable.
- Basic Knowledge of Python and shell scripting is required
- Good to have Exposure to setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile methodology, using Jira
- Experience in leading small technical teams
- Good communication skills, show initiative, works well with multiple stakeholders
with fewer interventions of the reporting manager.
