Adept in multitude of technologies tdevelop customized solutions for data modelling, reporting, visualization, and analytics.
Analyze, design, develop and/or enhance relational and multidimensional data sets/models
Work with business units tdefine and prototype Dashboards
Create complex queries, tables, SSAS cubes and SSIS packages as needed tsupport various business models
SQL code reviews and walkthroughs. Must possess in-depth SQL knowledge sthey can understand and review SQL and host language programs and trecommend changes for optimization
Design and develop ETL processes tconsolidate heterogeneous data inta common platform
Strong understanding of Data Architecture, SQL Server security, performance monitoring and optimizing
Implement and leverage indexes, keys, partitioning, and other features tbolster performance of transactions and queries.
Query and mine large datasets tdiscover data patterns, examine data and filter for targeted information
Collaborate with QA professionals tencourage defect prevention over detection.
Provide input around improvement of development processes
Provide 3rd level production support, when necessary.
