Job Description
Designation: Data Engineering
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand the methodologies of data collection from networking and non-networking devices involving technologies like SSH, SNMP, Syslog, API, GRPC, and streaming telemetry
2. Work on building the platform that connects the data collection and normalisation
3. Work extensively on different DBMS platforms including MySQL, PGSQL, neo4j, time series DBS
4. Work extensively on Python coding involving Regex, Cronjobs, and data pipelining
5. Work on the data to business logic with extensive data analysis leading to the required outcome
6. Work with the frontend team on connecting the logic through APIs
Requirements:
1. Strong exposure to Python coding and data pipelining
2. Experience on open-source platforms Linux, Grafana, Telegraf, Influx, MySQL, PGSQL
3. Very good logical and cognitive skills
4. Exposure to SQL and experience in data analysis platforms
