We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized candidate to join our team as a Data Entry and Accounting Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accurate data entry, maintaining financial records, and assisting in day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:

Enter daily business transactions, invoices, receipts, and other financial data into accounting systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Excel).

Maintain databases with up-to-date and accurate information.

Organize and store documents digitally and/or physically.
-
Review data for errors, correct discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
-
Manage data backups and archiving procedures.
Accounting Support:
-
Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable.
-
Maintain general ledger entries under the supervision of senior accountants.
-
Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements, and customer accounts.
-
Help prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and tax summaries.
-
Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
-
Generate monthly reports on financial data as required.
Administrative & Compliance Support:
-
Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other financial records.
-
Support statutory compliance tasks such as GST, TDS, payroll records, etc., depending on jurisdiction.

Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoice status, payments, and other queries.
