We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry & Call Handling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining records, and handling inbound/outbound calls with professionalism. Strong communication skills and language proficiency are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems/databases.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Respond to customer queries, provide information, and escalate issues when needed.
Maintain records of interactions and update customer databases.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry and/or call handling preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer knowledge.
Language Requirements:
Must be fluent in Hindi (mandatory)
Good command of English
