Introduction
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry and Coordination Executive to manage data management, documentation, MIS reporting, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data entry, smooth workflow, and effective communication between teams.
This role requires multitasking ability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Management

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and ERP systems.

Verify and correct inconsistencies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Manage large volumes of information with attention to detail and confidentiality.
2. Documentation & Filing

Maintain and organize documents, reports, and records systematically.

Ensure all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Support management and teams with document preparation and record-keeping.
3. MIS Reporting

Generate, compile, and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Present reports and insights to management in a clear and concise manner.

Track and report key metrics, performance data, and project updates.
4. Team Coordination

Act as a point of contact between teams for data, documentation, and project updates.

Facilitate smooth communication between departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Monitor team progress and assist in workflow management when needed.
5. Process Improvement & Support

Suggest improvements in data handling, documentation, and reporting processes.

Assist in ad-hoc tasks, projects, and administrative support as required.
