Job Description
Role:
Supporting the Execution of background checks requests of corporate customers.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of candidate profiles in the online software by keying in required information and uploading the relevant documents
- Hold telephonic conversations with the candidates for profile creation
- Maintain daily tracker of the activities performed
- Generate and submit various MIS reports
Candidate Profile:
Any graduate or PU passed candidates having good communication skills in English and basic computer literacy(MS Word & Excel, emails etc.), knowledge of Hindi would be an added advantage.
Experience :
0-1 years in any domestic voice / nonvoice BPO, We are open to recruiting fresher’s and undergraduates as well
