Job Description
Type: Full-Time, Contractual
Location: Work from home, Anywhere in India
Timings: US/Canada work hours
Salary: INR 22,000-27,000/month
Responsibilities:
●Update the customer CRM based on the data provided.
●There will be 3 main portion of the data to be updated in Connectwise, Customer license keys and yearly update renewals, setup the GL accounts and work towards to integration to Sage 50.
●Maintaining client records and updating information in a CRM database.
●Shift through a spreadsheet of names, align the company names and then update email address.
●Assist with other administrative and client-based tasks as required.
●Ensuring client satisfaction and providing professional client support.
Qualifications:
●Required advanced knowledge of Connectwise (Only with Connectwise experience need apply)
●1+ years experience working in similar profile
●Completion of post-secondary education.
●Superior English language skills, both written and verbal, with excellent grammar and spelling.
●Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
●Fast and accurate data entry skills.
●Detail oriented, organized and with effective time management skills.
