We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to input and manage data in our systems with high accuracy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and useable information in our digital systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry & Maintenance

  • Enter customer, account, vendor, invoice, or product data accurately into the database or spreadsheet.

  • Review data for accuracy and completeness before and after entry.

  • Update records regularly to ensure all data remains current and error-free.

2. Record Keeping

  • Maintain digital and paper-based filing systems.

  • Organize, label, and retrieve records when needed by other departments.

  • Assist in converting paper records to digital files as part of a data migration or archiving process.

3. Quality Checks

  • Verify data entered against source documents to ensure accuracy.

  • Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies.

  • Report any discrepancies to the supervisor or relevant team.

4. Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing reports, forms, and other documentation using collected data.

  • Support teams by providing quick access to required data and records.

  • Perform general clerical duties such as printing, scanning, photocopying, and emailing as needed.

5. Confidentiality & Compliance

  • Handle sensitive or personal data with confidentiality and in accordance with company policy and data protection laws.

  • Ensure secure data handling and access controls are maintained.
