Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and process purchase invoices, sales invoices, receipts, and payments in ERP System
Manage product masters, stock levels, and transactions in ERP System.
Generate and track purchase orders, delivery notes, and sales invoices.
Perform daily bank reconciliation and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Work closely with the founders and our Chartered Accountant to ensure seamless financial reporting.
Troubleshoot basic user issues and ensure data across the ERP System.
