Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a focused and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to input, manage, and maintain data across various business functions and systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating databases, entering high volumes of data accurately, checking for errors, and supporting internal teams with timely information.
This role is crucial to ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of company data that supports key business decisions. The candidate should be comfortable working independently, meeting deadlines, and handling confidential information responsibly.
- Compare data with the source documents, apart from re-entering data in the verification format, in order to detect errors.
- Compile, sort as well as verify the accuracy of the data before entry is done.
- Maintain the logbooks of activities along with completed work.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.
Required Skills:
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
