Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Executive to manage data processing tasks, maintain accurate records, and support daily content and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of AI tools and editing tasks to improve workflow efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.

  • Perform data verification, formatting, and quality checks to ensure accuracy.

  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT for basic research, content assistance, data organization, and workflow improvement.

  • Assist with basic content editing, proofreading, and formatting tasks.

  • Manage documents, reports, and digital files in an organized manner.

  • Support the team with data collection, analysis, and online research activities.

  • Follow company guidelines to maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency.

  • Learn and adapt to new AI-powered tools and technologies for improving productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.

  • Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.

  • Basic understanding of AI tools, and prompt usage.
