Job Description
- Compilation of Insurance Brokerage statements with policy booked in insurance companies
- Internal accounting procedures
- Office Management
- Insurance Data Management and Reporting
- Compare data with the source documents, apart from re-entering data in the verification format, in order to detect errors.
- Compile, sort as well as verify the accuracy of the data before entry is done.
- Maintain the logbooks of activities along with completed work.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.
Required Skills:
- Experience with MS Office and data programs especially MS-Excel
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Skills and Competencies:

Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35–40 WPM preferred).

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Good understanding of insurance terminology, policy structures, and claim processes is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.

Familiarity with insurance software (e.g., LifeAsia, Policy Admin Systems, or CRM tools) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Good communication and interpersonal skills for internal coordination.
