Job Description

We're hiring for data entry process, candidates must know about excel and basic knowledge about computer system. Work hours are according to USA shift. 5 days of working. Saturday and Sunday off.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Input & Management

    • Enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, or software.
    • Verify the accuracy of information before entering it into the system.
    • Maintain and organize electronic or paper records systematically.

  2. Quality Control & Data Accuracy

    • Review and cross-check entered data for errors or inconsistencies.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
    • Correct errors and discrepancies in a timely manner.

  3. Document Handling & Processing

    • Collect and compile data from different sources such as paper documents, emails, or digital files.
    • Scan, upload, and organize documents as needed.
    • Ensure all confidential information is handled securely.

  4. Communication & Coordination

    • Collaborate with different departments to retrieve necessary data.
    • Respond to queries regarding entered data.
    • Provide reports or summaries based on the data as requested.

  5. Software & Tools Usage

    • Utilize various software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized data entry tools.
    • Maintain familiarity with databases, CRM systems, and other company-specific applications.
    • Perform basic troubleshooting of data entry systems.

  6. Compliance & Security

    • Adhere to company policies and data protection regulations.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
    • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry and processing.
