Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Verify customer identification documents to ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations, preventing fraud and mitigating risk
2. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential customers, utilizing various databases and tools to assess their legitimacy and creditworthiness
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues during the customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved
4. Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices related to KYC procedures, maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance
5. Assist in developing and implementing enhanced KYC processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency
6. Provide support to the wider team, offering insights and recommendations based on your analysis of customer data and risk assessment
7. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, actively participating in team meetings and sharing your ideas for process improvements
