Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an analytical and articulate Valuer / Report Writer to transform field data into accurate, compliant, and audit defensible formal valuation reports. You will apply recognised valuation methodologies — including the comparable, income, and cost approaches — to produce high-quality written opinions of value for a wide range of property types and client mandates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Analyse field survey data and prepare formal valuation reports per RICS Red Book / IVSC standards/Indian Banking Standards
▪ Apply appropriate methodologies (sales comparison, income capitalisation, depreciated replacement cost) based on property type and purpose
▪ Select, verify, and adjust comparable market evidence to support value conclusions
▪ Deliver draft valuation reports within 1 business days of receiving complete field data
▪ Document all assumptions, bases of value, and limiting Analyse conditions per client instructions
▪ Respond to peer review, QA, and client queries on submitted reports in a timely manner
▪ Maintain continuous professional development and stay current on market and regulatory changes
REQUIREMENTS
▪ Bachelor's degree in Maths/Science/Commerce/Management/Economics Real Estate/Property Valuation/ Land Economy, or equivalent
▪ 0 – 6 years of experience in formal valuation report writing
▪ Strong working knowledge of RICS Red Book, IVSC, and / or national valuation standards
▪ Excellent written English; ability to produce clear, structured professional reports
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
▪ MS Word — proficient in drafting, formatting, and editing formal valuation reports
▪ MS Excel — competent in building valuation workings, comparables analysis, and financial schedules
▪ Strong analytical and numerical ability to interpret market data and support value conclusions
▪ Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple report assignments simultaneously
▪ Meticulous attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy across all written output
