Position:- DATA ENTRY/MIS
Location:- Panjim, GOA
Required Immediate Joiner
Nos:- 2 Candidate's
Experience:- 06 months to 1 year
1. Graduate from any stream
2. Knowledge of Computer Skills
3. Good hand in Data Entry
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
6. Maintain MIS data and organize accurate records, documents as per required
7. Maintain data in system in proper way.
8. Multitasking and organizational abilities
9. Local candidate's most welcome
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Management
-
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data records in company databases.

Verify and ensure accuracy of data entries.

Handle bulk data processing and report generation.
2. MIS Reporting & Analysis
-
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on collected data.

Analyze data to identify trends and insights for decision-making.
-
Generate reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, etc.).
3. Coordination & Documentation
-
Work with different departments (Sales, Accounts, HR, etc.) for data collection.

Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
-
Ensure timely submission of reports and error-free documentation.
4. System & Database Management
-
Manage MIS dashboards for data tracking and business performance.
-
Ensure data security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
-
Identify and fix data discrepancies and errors.
