We’re Hiring! – Data Entry - Non-Voice Process
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Management
-
Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in company databases and CRM systems.

Transfer data from physical documents, forms, or source files into digital formats.

Perform bulk data entry tasks within specified timelines.
-
Verify, review, and correct errors in the entered data to ensure accuracy.
2. Data Verification & Quality Control
-
Cross-check entered information against original documents to ensure consistency.
-
Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the team leader or supervisor.
-
Ensure data integrity by following company guidelines and quality standards.
3. Document Handling & Organization
-
Organize, scan, and store digital copies of important documents.
-
Maintain a well-structured filing system for easy retrieval of information.
-
Handle sensitive or confidential data responsibly and securely.
4. Reporting & Record-Keeping
-
Generate reports based on the updated data when required.
-
Track daily, weekly, and monthly data entry progress and submit reports to managers.
-
Maintain logs of completed tasks and pending updates.
5. Process Coordination
-
Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations, finance, or HR, to update or retrieve relevant data.

Follow up on missing information with concerned departments via email or messaging tools.
-
Suggest process improvements for faster and more efficient data handling.
