Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Management
-
Accurately enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems.

Input large volumes of information while maintaining speed and accuracy.

Ensure that all data is correct, complete, and formatted properly.

Organize, classify, and maintain digital records and files.
2. Documentation & Record Maintenance
-
Maintain electronic and physical records for easy retrieval.
-
Scan, upload, and organize documents in the designated folders.
-
Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times.
3. Quality Control & Verification
-
Regularly cross-check and verify data for accuracy and consistency.
-
Identify errors, duplicates, and missing information, and correct them immediately.
-
Follow company-defined data quality standards and ensure compliance.
4. Reporting & Coordination
-
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per management requirements.
-
Collaborate with other teams to collect, verify, and update information.
-
Escalate data discrepancies to supervisors when necessary.
5. Process Improvement
-
Suggest ways to streamline data entry and management processes.
-
Stay updated with the latest tools and software used in data entry.
-
Support the team in automating repetitive tasks wherever possible.
