Job Description

Need excellent knowledge of Microsoft excel and Good typing speed.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • prepare documents for data entry in Excel
  • check source documents for accuracy
  • verify data and correct data where necessary
  • enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database, files and forms
  • check completed work for accuracy
Education and Experience
  • proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
  • accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
  • knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
