Job Description

Key Responsibilities  & Job Description:-

  • Data entry of Patients accessing services at the eye health facilities available in the project
  • Compilation of the data collected at various eye health facilities
  • Maintaining diaries for recording and sharing experiences of collecting disability data.
  • Supporting eye health personnel’s for any other work allotted to them
  • He should be maintaining all the Data of SEH Project.
  • Will be operating the MIS & Online data entry for SEH.
Qualification & Experience:
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Knowledge of MS office. Preference would be given to Diploma holder in Computer Application.
  • Fluency in Hindi language and working knowledge of English
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Experience- 1-2 year experience in the health sector, preferably in Eye health.

Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital is a trust hospital proving dedicated eye services in Bhopal and nearby districts of Madhya Pradesh. The hospital is providing affordable and accessible eye care service to weaker section of the society through variety of eye services and comprehensive outreach camps. It is a 300 bed facility which majorly provides specialized services. The Trust Hospital came into existence in 1987 due to the Bhopal Gas tragedy (in 1984) with severe loss of vision and blindness. Since inception, Hospital organized around 1180 Free Eye Camps, examined more than 12 lakhs patients and conducted 1.90 lakh surgeries. Apart from this, hospital has also performed Keratoplasty (Cornea Transplant) of 1125 visually impaired patients, thus providing them with “Gift of Sight”.

 

The school health programme implemented in MP provides the following services:

1.Regular health check-up and health care services for all school going children in the Government and Government aided schools.

2.Biannual health screening including eye screening and early management of disease, common deficiency and linkages with secondary and tertiary health facilities as required.

3.Health education and improving hygiene.
