Data Entry Operator Job in Grobuzz India at Delhi-Others, Delhi

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for the quality of the Grobuzz Database.

Job Role:

 To regularly check the existing Grobuzz Database (On Excel) for any errors. This would involve a 3-step process:

• To check the database for any errors in terms of Product Name, Packaging, Images, etc. and create a separate sheet noting down the lines which require changes, while mentioning the changes required.
  
• Send the report to the team in UAE on a weekly basis and wait for the approval to make the changes.
  
• Once the changes are approved, then make the changes on the Grobuzz Online Panel.
• To work on the data sent from the Head Office in UAE for new Vendors:
  
• Check each item on the existing Grobuzz database. If the item is matched, then add the prices for those items on a separate file.
  
• If the data is not matched, then check for each item online and make any corrections required to the items in terms of Spelling Mistakes. Again check the items to the database and if matched, input the prices.
  
• For the remaining items, search them online. If the product information of an items is complete, then add the product to a separate file for New Items and get image for the item to be uploaded to our server.
  
• If the information of an item is not complete, then add the product to a separate file for Incomplete Items.
• To track the orders page on the admin panel at all times and ensure all the orders accepted by vendor’s are delivered to their respective locations.
• If not, then contact the vendor and inform them to expediate the order.
  
• Also, to serve as the Support Hotline for the app, and resolve any issues of any Customer or Vendor at the earnest.
