Job Description

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for entering, verifying, and managing data in digital systems. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data management tools.

Candidates Must Know Epub, Xml, Html, Css, Photoshop, Epsilon, Data Entry. 
> 30 WPM Typing Speed 
Skills Needed : Computer. 
Fresher also Welcome. 
For fresher will Provide training. 
Office timing 9.00 A.M to 6.00 P.M. 
Monday to Saturday Working Day.

  • Compare data with the source documents, apart from re-entering data in the verification format, in order to detect errors.
  • Compile, sort as well as verify the accuracy of the data before entry is done.
  • Maintain the logbooks of activities along with completed work.
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.

 

Required Skills:

  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Sheets, and data entry software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
