Job Description

  • Compare data with the source documents, apart from re-entering data in the verification format, in order to detect errors.
  • Compile, sort as well as verify the accuracy of the data before entry is done.
  • Maintain the logbooks of activities along with completed work.
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • You enjoy data entry work and can perform the work from your home or location of choosing .
  • It is crucial that you be self-motivated and able to follow explicit directions to begin work.
  • Self Motivated - you must be 100% able to commit to working with little supervision
  • Confidentiality Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
  • Basic Typing speed, Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Keep information confidential.
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
  • Flexible towards the working environment
