Job Description

Location: Visakhapatnam

We are looking for a skilled Data Entry Operator with excellent typing skills and strong English communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data in our systems, ensuring consistency, and maintaining data integrity. Good communication is essential, as occasional interaction with internal teams or clients may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the databases

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow the data policies.

Review records for errors and resolve inconsistencies.

Communicate clearly with team members or clients via email or chat, when needed.

Perform routine clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, or formatting documents.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40–50 WPM preferred).

Good working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.

Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.

Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional computer training is a plus.0–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles (freshers welcome)
