A Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, updating, checking, and maintaining company information accurately in computer systems, spreadsheets, and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data from documents into computer systems.
• Update and maintain records and databases.
• Check data for errors and correct incorrect information.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical documents.
• Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets.
• Verify information before entering it into the system.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Complete assigned data-entry work within deadlines.
• Coordinate with other departments when information is missing or needs correction.
