Job Description
- Compare data with the source documents, apart from re-entering data in the verification format, in order to detect errors.
- Compile, sort as well as verify the accuracy of the data before entry is done.
- Maintain the logbooks of activities along with completed work.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.
- DAILY TARGET -160 Forms
Required Skills:
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Strong computer skills, including typing speed of 40+ words per minute with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with data management systems or enterprise software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Discretion when dealing with confidential information.
