Job Description: Spancore Technology is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Data Entry Operator, both for voice and non-voice processes. As a data entry operator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating information into our database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate records in the company's database.
  • Verifying and correcting data discrepancies or errors as needed.
  • Performing data entry tasks with speed and accuracy.
  • Handling large volumes of data while maintaining high levels of productivity.


    • Requirements:

  • Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of [50] words per minute (for non-voice data entry).
  • Proficiency in using computer software and data entry systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, if required.
