Position: Data Entry Operator
Job Location: Noida Sector 63
Job Type: Part-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 6 pm to 9 pm
We are looking for a part-time Data Entry Operator to join our team in Noida Sector 63. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our CRM system during the evening hours. This role requires excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet daily form completion targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Entry: Accurately input data from various sources into the company's CRM system.
- Form Filling: Complete and submit a daily target of 100 forms, ensuring all data is correctly entered and verified.
- Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as needed.
- Maintain Records: Keep track of completed work and maintain logs of activities and tasks.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company data privacy policies.
- Coordination: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using data entry software and basic computer applications.
- Attributes:
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during the designated hours.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to work.
- Environment: Office setting located at Noida Sector 63.
- Schedule: Part-time position with evening hours, Monday to Saturday, from 6 pm to 9 pm.
