Data Entry Operator - Work from Home
Responsibilities:

Type and prepare documents and syllabus as per instructions

Fill and update inventory details in Excel sheets

Maintain accuracy and meet deadlines
Requirements:

Must have access to a computer or laptop

Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Good typing speed and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Management:

Accurately enter data from various source documents into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.

Update existing records and maintain logs for changes or corrections as needed.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across different systems and platforms.
Quality Control & Accuracy:
-
Review data for discrepancies, missing information, or errors prior to submission or processing.

Perform regular audits of entered data to ensure quality standards are met.

Follow detailed procedures for data verification and flag any inconsistencies or anomalies.
Communication & Coordination:
-
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., customer service, finance, HR) to gather necessary data or resolve issues.

Respond to data-related inquiries from internal teams or supervisors in a timely and professional manner.

Escalate complex data discrepancies to appropriate personnel for resolution.
System Maintenance & Documentation:
-
Maintain organized electronic records and ensure files are up-to-date and accessible.

Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and summaries based on entered data.

Follow data privacy and security policies at all times to protect sensitive information.
