Who can apply

Responsibilities include:

1. Digitize catalogs to spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
2. Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
3. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output
4. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
5. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
