Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Management

Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in databases, CRMs, or ERP systems.

Process data from multiple sources such as forms, documents, digital files, or client systems.

Perform regular checks to eliminate duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
2. Data Processing & Validation
-
Process raw data into usable formats for reporting and analysis.

Validate data accuracy by performing quality checks and cross-verification.

Standardize and clean datasets to ensure consistency across reports.
-
Identify and rectify errors or anomalies in data.
3. Reporting & Documentation
-
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per business requirements.

Summarize data insights into reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Document processes and workflows to ensure operational transparency.
-
Provide data support to management, finance, operations, or client-facing teams.
4. Process Optimization & Support
-
Suggest improvements in data handling processes to increase efficiency.
-
Support automation initiatives by preparing structured data.
-
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new tools or systems for better data management.
-
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
5. Team Coordination
-
Work with cross-functional teams including operations, accounts, and client servicing.

Assist team leaders and managers in tracking KPIs using processed data.
-
Share feedback on recurring issues or trends noticed in datasets.

Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of data tools and processes.
