Data Research Associate
Location: Kochi
Employment: Full-time

Responsibilities :
- You will be responsible for validating the data generated by algorithms using human logic.
- You will be responsible for the collection, validation, quality checks and curation of data
- You will be responsible for building data from scratch
- Perform data formatting, manipulation and data cleanup
- Work collaboratively with team members in delivering quality data
- Research, analyze and present the market and industry trends and patterns
- Own and drive continuous improvement within the existing process
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Maintaining knowledge and staying abreast of news, trends and monitoring the effect on business
Skill-sets Required :
- A diploma or degree in any stream (Arts/Science/Commerce/Engineering/Management).
- Excellent in verbal and written business communication/ strong presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Attention to detail and quality and a keen eye for the results-driven approach
- Business know-how. Understand how businesses work, job hierarchies, business verticals, funding, etc
- Solid exposure to system usage and aptitude towards web search
- Familiarity with different social media
- Be a logical thinker
- Hands-on knowledge of Word and Excel
