# Graduates/Post Graduates in Chemistry / Chemical technology
# Graduates / Post graduates in Commerce / Economics / Business
Jobs involve data capture, extracting, document summary and analysis, data analytics of commercial / business / industry information etc. mainly Life Science & Pharma industry data and information from various sources and internet to develop analytics content for international life science and other databases, both technical and commercial information.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Collection & Extraction
-
Perform web-based research to collect and validate scientific, clinical, regulatory, and business data

Extract structured data from research articles, clinical trial registries, patents, regulatory filings, industry reports, and company websites

Retrieve technical data points such as drug profiles, molecules, mechanisms of action, indications, clinical trial outcomes, etc.
2. Document Analysis & Summarization
-
Read and interpret complex scientific documents, whitepapers, product pipelines, and annual reports

Summarize relevant content in clear, structured formats
-
Identify and extract key commercial insights such as company financials, product launches, market size, and competitive landscape
3. Data Validation & Quality Control
-
Verify data accuracy using reliable secondary sources

Ensure completeness, consistency, and formatting of entries in internal databases
-
Cross-check information against multiple sources for accuracy and completeness
4. Data Entry & Content Creation
-
Input clean and standardized data into proprietary systems and analytics platforms
-
Create structured records and data feeds for life sciences databases
-
Maintain documentation and version control for data updates
5. Data Analytics & Reporting Support
-
Assist in preparing data dashboards, charts, and infographics for internal and client-facing reports

Use tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to help interpret data patterns and insights

Collaborate with the analytics and consulting team to support larger research initiatives
Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong written and comprehension skills in English

Good understanding of scientific and commercial terminology related to pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences

Proficiency in web research, scientific database navigation (e.g., PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov), and tools like Excel
-
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis

Basic knowledge of data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, etc.) is an advantage

Time management and ability to meet deadlines under minimal supervision
