Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Carrying out a variety of data analytics activities to support internal and external projects, including but not limited to:
i. Data engineering: managing multiple data sources, gathering & parsing data as required, cleaning up data, and auditing data for accuracy, consistency & completeness
ii. Data analytics: working on analytics and artificial intelligence techniques (using tools such as but not limited to - Excel, SQL, Python, SAS, R, Matlab, etc.) and extracting valuable and actionable insights
iii. Data processing and visualization: summarizing insights in simple-yet-powerful charts, reports, presentation slides, etc. as required
2. Working on customer success: interacting with customers to gather information, highlight issues in business processes & share insights on a as required basis, ensuring that the customer achieves the performance goals, understanding customer business & key stakeholders at customer end, their key concerns & focus areas, and tracking their business through publicly available sources (social media, website notifications, etc.)
3. Working on service quality assurance: performing audits and ensuring adherence to service quality set for different projects at different stages in value delivery
4. Engaging in customer on-boarding management: responsible for end-to-end all analytics from the point of pre-sales to getting customer live
