We are looking for 2022 graduates who are interested in a career in Data Science and want to join our Data Science Team as All Star.

The primary objective of this program is to develop early career talent into productive, client engaged BLEND360 employees and set the foundation to build a fast track career in Data Science.

In this role you will receive internal training on tools, technology platforms (Python, R, SQL, Excel) and modeling processes, learn how to apply theory to actual client project work, and hone business skills and applications of Data Science skills on business problems.

The All-Star focused on Data Science will:

Work on Analytical methods
Work with Technology programs and platforms
Develop Data management and analysis
Develop Business applications and approaches

Requirements

Proficient & hands-on in Python is a must.
Good Understanding Machine Learning and advanced analytical techniques such as predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning, text mining, geospatial analytics, time series forecasting, optimization and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
Must have thorough mathematical knowledge of correlation/causation, decision trees, classification and regression models, recommenders, probability and stochastic processes, distributions, priors and posteriors.
Good understanding of software engineering principles and fundamentals including data structures and algorithms.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills on both technical and non-technical topics.
Must have excellent general analytical & problem solving skills.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, quantitative studies, such as Statistics, Math, Operation Research, Economics and Advanced Analytics
