Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Exploration & Analysis:
-
Collect, clean, and validate large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources (internal systems, APIs, external datasets).

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand patterns, trends, and anomalies.
-
Formulate and test hypotheses using statistical methods and visualization tools.
2. Model Development & Machine Learning:
-
Design and implement predictive models and algorithms using techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, random forests, and neural networks.

Apply machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) to build and deploy data models.
-
Optimize models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
3. Business Intelligence & Decision Support:
-
Translate business problems into analytical solutions and provide actionable recommendations.
-
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and executives to define KPIs and success metrics.
-
Generate dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
4. Data Pipeline & Automation:
-
Work with data engineers to build and maintain efficient data pipelines using tools such as Airflow, Spark, or DBT.
-
Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for model deployment and reporting.

Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-
Collaborate with software engineers, domain experts, UX designers, and product teams to integrate data-driven features into digital products.

Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional reviews.
6. Documentation & Continuous Learning:
-
Maintain thorough documentation of methodologies, workflows, and code for reproducibility.
-
Stay up-to-date with the latest research, tools, and best practices in data science, AI, and analytics.
-
Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior data analysts or interns.
