Technical Skills:

• ' Create and modify ETL jobs in IBM DataStage v8.5 or up
• Test ETL jobs and document results
• Performance tune ETL jobs
• document source-to-target mappings
• design ETL batch flows
• Gather business requirements & transform requirements into comprehensive ETL solutions using the appropriate methods, tools, and technologies.
• document, develop, Test, Deploy and support these solutions always abiding to current standards, guidelines and the company practices
• Work with technical and business users teams for validation of ETL Test cases. Then Analyze and solve data quality issues.
• Minimum 6 years experience designing, developing, testing and implementing ETL solutions using DataStage 8.5 or up
• Experience with IBM PureData for Analytics (aka Netezza) or similar data warehouse solutions.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in relational databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server).
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and can interpret relational data models.
• Proficient in shell scripts
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience in writing SQL scripts and related.
• Experience with database application tuning.
