Job Description
- Maintain existing database in a unified manner, for business purposes and keep it refreshed regularly.
- Manage email campaigns through platforms like Netcore, MailChimp etc.
- Ensure emails are delivered to targets in their inboxes and are opened.
- Understand managing IPs for sending emails
- Grow the database, by capturing contacts from varied sources like web, prospective responses,subscriptions, outbound reach outs, etc
- Maintain data hygiene and optimize through regular cleaning and enrichment
- Manage ‘unsubscribe requests’ and maintain prospective database
- Manage & remedy hard and soft bounces
- Schedule email marketing campaigns in coordination with Operations Team
