Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Administrator with at least 1 year of experience. The role involves managing, updating, and maintaining accurate data across company systems and databases. The candidate will support day-to-day operations by ensuring information is recorded, verified, and readily available for reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets.
Verify and correct data to ensure high levels of accuracy and consistency.
Organize and manage electronic files and records.
Generate basic reports and assist in preparing documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to collect and cross-check information.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Identify and escalate data discrepancies or errors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or administration.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and database systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
