Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and implement a robust database management system to organize all organizational files and folders across different departments and business units
2. Create and document processes for the efficient operation and administration of the database management system
3. Ensure the system is user-friendly and meets the organization's operational needs
4. Conduct a thorough analysis of the current database, focusing on content related to metaphysics, crystals, holistic practices, and other organizational documents
5. Evaluate database access permissions and privileges, ensuring appropriate levels of access are maintained for different users
6. Develop and oversee procedures for database backup and disaster recovery to guarantee data preservation
7. Analyze current database utilization and forecast future needs to inform capacity planning strategies
8. Implement strategies for scalable growth to accommodate future database expansion and ensure the system's longevity and efficiency
