We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Dealership Sales Executive to drive sales, build customer relationships, and promote vehicles/products at our dealership. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and a passion for sales.

1 Making the plan of the day.
2 Power Morning Activity, Activities in Villages, Stand mapping(D2C), Canopy Activity, Exchange Mela.
3 Achieving activity target
 4 Generate Enquiry & Achieve Enquiry target. 
5 Achieving Retail target. 
6 Focus on Lost customers. 
7 Making list of captive customers. 
8 Influencing reference sale 
9 Reporting to BM 
10 Rigorous Follow-up of customers

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles/products that match their needs and budget.
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations and test drives.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.

2. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Maintain a database of potential and existing clients for follow-ups.
  • Promote dealership offers, financing options, and after-sales services.

3. Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Explain pricing, financing, and insurance options to customers.
  • Negotiate deals and work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ensure proper documentation and processing of sales transactions.

4. Market Awareness & Reporting

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and new vehicle launches.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
