We are seeking a Debt Management Specialist to assist customers in managing their outstanding debts while maintaining a positive customer relationship. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to provide tailored payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers via phone, email, or messaging to discuss overdue payments.
Assess customers' financial situations and offer suitable repayment plans.
Negotiate and restructure payment terms within company policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and commitments.
Follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely resolution.
