Job Description

Debt Recovery Executive – Freshers and Experienced | Telecalling.
We are looking for active, motivated, and responsible individuals—both freshers and experienced—to join our team as Debt Recovery Executive. The role involves contacting customers with overdue payments, reminding them of pending dues, and helping them to resolve the same in a professional and respectful manner.

Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone or in person for debt collection.

Explain payment terms and account status clearly and professionally.

Maintain daily follow-ups and update collection records.

Coordinate with the team leader/supervisor for escalated cases.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recovery targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduates preferred)Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory; English is a plus)

Field work/Telecalling experience preferred, but not required

Freshers with confidence and learning attitude are welcome

Should be punctual, target-driven, and customer-focused

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
Day shift

Supplemental Pay:
Performance bonus

Work Location: Rajendra Place, New Delhi
