BOB Capital Markets Ltd invites applications for the post of Investment Banking (Debt Restructuring & Resolution) on CONTRACT basis.

1. Name of the post: Investment Banking - Debt Restructuring And Resolution

2. Educational Qualification: Graduate, with preference for MBA /CFA / CA or equivalent from recognized Universities in India/overseas.

3. Minimum Experience: 2 years to 9 years

4. Ctc Offered: Compensation will not be limiting factor for the right candidate and will discussed on a case by case basis.

5. Job Description / Responsibilities: 

a) Developing and maintaining relationships & coordinating with Corporate clients

b) Developing and maintaining relationships & coordinating with Stress Funds / Sovereign Funds / Strategic Investor (sector agnostic) for sale of stressed portfolio of various Banks

c) Develop Financial Model & based on realistic cash flow identifying the best possible Debt Resolution under RBI regulations

d) Candidate should have domain knowledge of all the past regulations of RBI including Corporate Deep Restructuring (CDR), 5/25 Scheme, Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR), Outside SDR & Scheme for Sustainable Structuring of Stressed Asset (S4A)

e) Candidate should have knowledge of all the latest RBI restructuring regulation

6. Job specific skills: Applicants should have

a) At least 2 to 9 years of relevant experience in debt restructuring, credit appraisal, credit research, project appraisal or corporate finance

b) Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

c) Relevant experience across domestic and foreign currency loans. An understanding of corporate credit and project finance with ability to structure deals is essential

d) Strong analytical and strategic thinking and exceptional communication skills
