Job Description
Make 70–100 cold calls per day – connect with potential clients via phone, email to promote events and lock in registrations for complimentary delegate invite.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new & existing delegates to boost loyalty and repeat attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Delegate Sales & Revenue Generation

Achieve personal and team delegate sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques.

Sell delegate passes to industry professionals by clearly communicating the benefits and value of attending specific conferences or events.

Follow a structured sales process to convert leads into confirmed attendees.

Maximize revenue from existing and new clients by promoting standard and group packages.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify and qualify potential delegates through industry research, internal databases, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.

Reach out to prospective attendees via cold calls, warm leads, emails, and social media.

Maintain a strong understanding of the event's target audience and key job functions within those markets (e.g., CEOs, Directors, Marketing Heads, Analysts, etc.).

Build and manage your sales pipeline effectively to ensure a steady flow of conversions.
3. Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and delegates.

Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales and registration process.

Engage professionally with senior-level executives across multiple sectors.

Conduct follow-up calls to understand client feedback and ensure repeat business for future events.
4. Event Knowledge and Industry Awareness

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the conference agenda, speakers, sponsors, and target industry verticals.

Clearly articulate the benefits of attendance, including networking opportunities, industry insights, and educational content.

Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to enhance conversations and positioning.
5. Sales Administration and Reporting

Accurately update all client interaction and sales activity in the CRM system.

Generate regular reports to track progress against KPIs, lead conversion rates, and sales targets.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delegate onboarding and event communication.

Ensure all records comply with GDPR and data protection standards.
