Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and reliable Delivery Partner to join our team on a salary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering orders efficiently and safely within a 0–9 km radius.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Deliver a minimum of 20 orders per day.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers within the assigned area.
Maintain good customer service and communication.
Handle orders safely and responsibly.`
Report daily delivery status to the supervisor
SALARY INCENTIVES : Fixed Monthly Salary
Minimum Guaranteed Orders (MG): 20 orders per day
Skills Required:

Basic understanding of local routes and landmarks

Ability to use smartphones or delivery apps

Good communication in local language (Marathi, Hindi, etc.); basic English understanding is a plus

Responsible and punctual attitude

Customer-friendly behavior
Licenses & Documents (Mandatory):

Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License

Own vehicle (preferred, not mandatory – if company vehicle is provided)

Aadhar Card, PAN Card

Bank account details for salary
-
Police verification (or willingness to undergo it)
-
COVID-19 vaccination certificate (if required by company policy)
